At Drop Shot Supply, every piece of gear is made-to-order so we can reduce waste and deliver the freshest possible apparel. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Since our products are made when you order them, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or new drops — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, typical shipping times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, and other unavoidable chaos.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
We do not mark up shipping — you pay what the carrier charges.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t see it, double-check your spam folder (email sometimes has the finesse of a missed drop shot).
Shipping Issues or Delays
If your package says delivered but you don’t see it:

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early

Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us immediately.
We can’t reroute packages once they’ve shipped, but we’ll do our best to help before that.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, email us and we’ll make it right.
